NOFAR BEN-KERETH & NETA AGMON / Cloudinary
Quarterly Planning - present progressive to future perfect
A quarterly plan is a great way to set short term objectives and get teams aligned. So how do you discuss initiatives that will get you there without preparing detailed specifications in advance? How do you identify gaps? And how does it scale when you have multiple teams and dependencies? Well… sorry to say that we don’t have all the answers. But we’re here to share our story - what we did, what worked for us, what we learned, and how we continue to adapt & learn from quarter to quarter.
Neta Agmon, VP Product
Nofar Ben-Kereth, R&D Operation Manager

AHI GVIRTSMAN / Spyre - Closing Keynote
So your R&D is agile but what about your product?
While many organizations are very adept at agile R&D methods still many of them struggle when it comes to adopting an entrepreneurial mindset at a product level. Any organization that wishes to effectively innovate has to develop this agile mindset in a broader context. This session will focus on the basic tools and principles of this mindset and cover the main challenges facing those who implement it.
Over his career, Ahi Gvirtsman has accumulated a rich experience in forming, building and running innovation programs for various types of organizations both as the manager of such programs and as a mentor to innovation managers of diverse types of organizations (corporations, municipalities, military). He personally designed, built and managed the innovation program of HP’s software division covering 20,000 employees worldwide. In his book “The PEAK innovation principles”, released in 2017, Ahi Gvirtsman offers a common framework based on his experience that can be implemented by any type of organization in any industry as a way of turning itself into being innovation proficient. He is a 25+ year veteran of the software industry with roles ranging from large corporations to small startups and has an MSc in computer science from the Technion and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University. Currently, Ahi is the co-founder of Spyre, a company which guarantees at least a doubling of any organization’s innovation outcomes.
