Currently, Ráwn is working in Gosei Ltd as a consultant and trainer in the process improvement field, helping large multinational organizations to move from sequential product development to more agile ways of working.
Ráwn is Certified LeSS Trainer  from LeSS Company, and Certified Scrum Trainer from  Scrum Alliance.

Danko is a Certified Scrum Trainer (one of only 137 international trainers worldwide) and is a well recognized international speaker with unique ways of presenting his idea  to audiences in conferences and courses globally.

Danko is best known for his great enthusiasm for helping people and companies to be more self aware of themselves thereby increasing efficiency and spicing up daily routines and practices.

Married with 4 kids and a dog. He is the author of ‘AdvanScrum’, a textbook used widely in companies assimilating Scrum, and ‘Ajimeh’ that provides ‘life tips’  taken from theories of martial arts. When he is not helping others in their journey, he likes to play  table tennis, chess and most importantly, practice martial arts. He is allergic to waste and gravity and addicted to having fun in life.

Ilan is a seasoned Agile Coach with a long experience in the hi-tech industry, doing a variety of roles in many organizations, starting as a software developer in Mamram in the IDF, and continuing with Product Management and Program Management roles.

Ilan was first introduced to Agile in 2006, and didn’t look back ever since. He was then heading the PMO team in a large software company, leading an agile transformation implementing SCRUM, and this is when he also acquired his CSM certification.

In the past years, Ilan was part of an Agile Transformation Team implementing SAFe.

Ilan is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist and a Certified Scrum Master.

After a lot of thought, we built up a team of professional speakers from all over the world, as well as from Yokneham, that will aim to introduce what lays behind the theme of Patterns & Anti Patterns in an Agile Implementation
